It's the 80's. It's the era of pure touring racing everywhere in Europe. The passion for racing is the engine that animates every driver, every crew member and the battles on the racetrack are fiercer than ever. These are the golden times of turbo chargers when the engines produce huge amounts of unrestricted horsepower and torque, uncontrolled by today's electronic devices, and along with true mechanical beasts like Ford Capri Turbo, BMW 2002 Turbo, and Porsche 935, great drivers become legends. The 80's are when Hans Stuck, Franz Konrad, Harald Ertl, Bob Wollek and too many others to name become idols. It's also the time for great racing tuners to arise and strenghten their positions such as Zakspeed, Schnitzer, Kremer, Joest and Alpina. These are indeed great times for racing!

The 80's Touring Trophy mod tries to recreate the mood of the era providing you three cars to choose from (templates included), with as-real-as-possible cockpit, different engine sounds, wheels, physics, setups and AI set for every road track.

All-American Open Wheel Racing

The All-American Open Wheel Racing mod (AAOWR) is a full conversion for NASCAR Heat by Hasbro Interactive, featuring modern normally-aspirated open-wheel formula cars. Camaro Cup

The intention was to use real values as far as possible when creating physics for the cars. I have managed to do that to some degree, but some values had to be changed and some values came out more or less 'guesstimates'. In any case they feel pretty much like a real car (try them out at 50 - 100mph. I think you will find they handle pretty much like your own car). A lot of the values in the physics file I haven't got a clue about, and so I have mostly left those parts alone. So far it seems to work ok.

Celica GT Heat

1974 GT Toyota Celica - 18 Custom painted cars with original cockpit design. Capable of 250mph Tally Speeds and extremely stable on all tracks. Attention to details and Fun in groups or in Single player. Races are made up of an 18 car field, each painted with fast and furious type paint schemes.

Classic Cam Am

In the early 1960's, Tracy Bird ( Exec. Director of the SCCA ) and Jim Hall of Chaparral fame had a phone conversation. From that, professional road racing in the United States was born in the form of the Can-Am Series.

It was the time of big block V8's, thunderous ground shaking open exhuasts and record lap times at every event. Names such as McLaren, Hulme, Hall and Gurney became famous throughout the racing world.

This mod represents the early years of Can-Am racing. Revisit the first generation's of THUNDER cars on the road courses of America and Canada.

This is a beta. The idea for the final is that it will have a street version, a race version and this one which is included with the beta - CEX300i experimental.

FIA European Touring Car Championship 2002

After a break of 13 years, the FIA European Touring Car Championship returned to the tracks in 2001, providing an international forum for the spectacular, close action, which has become synonymous with touring car racing over the past decade. After a transition year in 2001, when two separate championships were organised for the existing classes of cars, Super Touring and Super Production, 2002 will see the new cars take to the track, complying to the Super 2000 regulations, which will race alongside the Super Production cars in a unified championship. 2002 will also see more manufacturers take part in the Championship, with BMW and Volvo joining Alfa Romeo and a couple of Nissans privately run by RJN Motorsport. Some info about FIA ETCC Heat 2002 mod: 3 cars - Alfa Romeo 156 Gta, BMW 320i E46, Volvo S60 (Ford Focus, Nissan Primera and Honda Accord to follow); Each car has its own: 3D set of wheels, engine sound, working brakelights, cockpit with (semi)functional dashboard and physics (real data used).

FireLimo Heat

The First IROC Chevy Limo Mod, Surprisingly good handling physics, this car is different from anything you have seen. A 2 year project which started from a 2D digital art creation. Originally to come with Gull Wing Doors, We decided to just seal them shut.

Group C Sportscar Challenge

This mod is about the most awesome sportscars ever: GTP/GroupC sportscar prototypes from the turbo era in the second half of the 80's. These cars were unbelievably fast groundeffect cars (370-400 kph topspeed at LeMans straight), able to go extremly high cornering speeds. Group C/GTP cars were dominating most sportscar racing series and have been the most powerful cars apart from F1 in 1982-1990.

On the climax of success, in 1987-1990, Group C and GTP races were highly competitive events, fought out by many different manufactorer's cars. Though Porsche was dominating almost every series up to 1987, Jaguar became more and more successful and finally won Lemans 88, which Sauber was able to do in 89. Nissan's main battlefield was US IMSA series, where their '86 developed car was dominating throughout the 88 season against the Porsches and Jaguars.

The Lancias had been the only sportscars that had been able to successfully fight the Porsches until 1985. Ride equestrian simulation free download. After Lancia's withdrawal only customer teams were running the Lancia LC2 up to 1990. Lola and March were only producing customer cars and were well known both on european and US racing circuits. Both brand's cars were running in several other manufactorer's liveries such as BMW, Chevrolet, Nissan too. The Corvette GTP (sucessfully run in IMSA from 85-88) for example was build on base of a Lola. Toyota had been participating on Lemans races and Japanese Sportscar series with variably success starting in 1985. The beautiful Toyota 88C was their first really competivite car, starting point to a very successful line of development which ended in domitation of the IMSA series in 1990. Ford's Probe GTP experiment was developed by Zakspeed and run in IMSA series from 1984-1989. Ford stopped their engagement in 1986 because of too little success, but like the Lancia LC2, the Ford Probe GTP was still run by customer teams in the following years.

Motor City Heat

From the creators of the famous & popular Vintage Trans AM mod for NASCAR Heat - Motor City Heat is finally here! Started way back in the year 2000 and unleashed just now in 2004! MOD features muscle cars from the mid 50's up to early 70's, among which you will find Caddy, GTO, Nova, Vette, Stang. Impala, Judge, Camaro and many many more. Almost all cars are converted from 'Motor City Online by EA', and yet, most cars have been greatly improved from the originals. Each model has a 3D interior which you can observe with a mouse. The idea was to release MCH as a beater mod, where all cars use the rusty dented cracked and broken looking textures, but at the same time, plain and clean textures are at your disposal as well. There are over 70 paint schemes and counting to choose from (!) (all from MCO plus a few from the creators of MCH). Your job is to customize the mod how you want by downloading easy-to-install drivers info, paintjob files and wheel settings, which are are available for download on developers' site. Sport Bike Heat

Something out of the ordinary has just been released for NASCAR Heat. Never before there was a 2 wheel mod made for this sim, until these days. Team Players have been hard at work once again, but this time they had to deal with absolutely different approach of making physics model. It took much time perfecting the feel of a sports bike, and lots of problems had to be dealt with. Developers were saying it would not going to be an easy task driving these motor bikes, but after weeks of work they actually made them a lot of fun to drive and feel pretty close to a real motorcycle, and it shows in the beta release. This MOD is work of modding art and and it's a great achievement that a NASCAR game can be turned into a two wheel SportsBike mod and have leaning AIs!

Sprint for the Nextel Cup 2005

The 2005 Season is here and the 'Sprint for the Nextel cup' is in high gear. This 2005 Nextel carset for NASCAR Heat features the 2005 Teams and Paint Schemes along with the new Dodge Charger Body. Swedish Touring Car Championship

The mod features eight different types of cars, 28 cars, all in two car teams. FWD, RWD and 4WD cars in the same mod, yet as equal as possible.

The intention was to use real values as much as possible when creating physics for the cars.

All the cars have different attributes. Most of them are front wheel drive (FWD) but some are rear wheel drive (RWD) and four wheel drive (4WD). In STCC this is allowed but punished with weight, so the same has been done in the mod.

You will find that all the cars feel different. This is the cause of following the real footprint of the cars. Borderlands 2 characters. The S40 might feel a little tight while the Accord is pretty lose when comparing. Yet they are both FWD.

All in all there are 28 cars to chose from. 12 is FWD, 10 is RWD and 6 is 4WD.

World GT Challenge Ferrari Cup

When one considers the history of Ferrari, a history in which racing plays a paramount role, it seems only fitting that the company should provide a means of enjoying its products to their fullest capabilities.

The Ferrari Cup Series, originally founded in 1993, has given Ferrari fans just such a venue for over 10 years. The idea behind the series is, 'to allow Ferrari customers to enjoy their cars in a structured, competitive environment, racing against other Ferrari owners on some of the great racetracks of the world.'

Since these are intended to be online League racing cars there is a degree of poetic license to the physics, both with regard to enjoying the cars and to allow close fast racing online. RJR hopes you will find them entertaining.
